Lexington is in Kentucky, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lexington follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I donβt know why. It is rated at 2.7 as I have never had a problem. Drivers are wonderful with exception of one or two. I am always picked upon time, receive reminder calls, get where I am going on time and come back home at the time they say. Yes it does take a little longer but I donβt drive and where can you get a ride for $1.60 each way. Thank you all and 100% appreciation for schedulers and drivers.

Wheels provides an important service to the community, but there is significant opportunity for improvementβparticularly in timeliness and reliability. Implementing modern tools could greatly enhance the rider experience. For example, a dedicated app that allows passengers to purchase or manage passes online, use virtual passes, and track vehicles in real time would bring the service up to current accessibility standards. These updates would not only improve efficiency but also build greater trust and satisfaction among riders who depend on this essential program.

I rode Lextran Wheels for the first time today. I was going to Kort Physical Therapy to be assessed to be eligible to be able to use the service. The trips were free as a courtesy which was very nice. I was picked up and dropped off promptly both ways. This review is is not about the service, it is about the actual drivers and the vehicles. On the way to Kort, (the vehicle was one of their busses with very bad shocks) I was engaging in casual conversation with the driver as I do with everyone, I was the only one on the bus, and happened to mention my medical condition. After I paused for a moment, the rest of the trip, which was about half an hour, he proceeded to tell me all about his own medical conditions at length (graphically) and then ask me medical advice and questions like I was a doctor. On the return trip to my apartment, (this time I was picked up in one of their vans which was very uncomfortable and cramped), the driver was a lady that looked likes she just crawled out of the sewer. Her hair was unkempt, clothes were massively stained and she smelled like a dead animal. I had to hide my head behind the seat and hold my nose for most of the trip home. So in conclusio
